Prenatal Childbirth Education
If you aren't aware of your options, then you don't have any.
Through knowledge, self-discovery and support Birth Beginnings teaches the woman and her partner how to give birth and parent in confidence,
with the knowledge and resources to make the decisions that are best for their family. The 'Prepared Prenatal Childbirth Education' series is
designed to inspire thought, develop perspective and confidence in both partners.
Pregnancy and birth are incredible learning experiences. The techniques taught are not birth specific but transfer to everyday life.

Prepared Prenatal Childbirth Education Series:
The Prepared Prenatal Childbirth Education series is suited for first time parents or those looking for a "refresher". Along with the sessions you will receive an in-depth manual and booklet of Common Breastfeeding Concerns. The series is held in three formats. You have your choice of a five week series, a Sunday series or a weekend crash course.
Adult, infant and Child CPR:
As parents-to-be, you've got a lot to do before the arrival of your baby. You're decking out the nursery, loading up on newborn supplies, and taking a childbirth education class. Many parents want to take an infant child CPR course but for one reason or another it doesn’t end up happening. For this reason Birth Beginnings is now pleased to offer adult, infant and child CPR training at a huge savings for you as part of the curriculum in the childbirth education classes. Typically the training would be $50 per person, to take it as part of your prenatal series it is only $50 per couple.
Hopefully none of us will ever have to use these techniques however knowledge is power. In merely two hours you can learn the skills you save a loved one’s life and take comfort in knowing that, in the unlikely event that the worst happens, you'll be well-prepared to act.

The purpose of childbirth preparation is self-discovery. The childbirth educator is a guide to the parents' discovery process, not the expert from who
wisdom flows.
