Prenatal Childbirth Education
If you aren't aware of your options, then you don't have any.
Through knowledge, self-discovery and support Birth Beginnings teaches the woman and her partner how to give birth and parent in confidence,
with the knowledge and resources to make the decisions that are best for their family. The 'Prepared Prenatal Childbirth Education' series is
designed to inspire thought, develop perspective and confidence in both partners.
Pregnancy and birth are incredible learning experiences. The techniques taught are not birth specific but transfer to everyday life.

Prepared Prenatal Childbirth Education Series:
The Prepared Prenatal Childbirth Education series is suited for first time parents or those looking for a "refresher". Along with the sessions you will receive an in-depth manual and booklet of Common Breastfeeding Concerns. In addition
full access to Birth Beginnings lending library of articles, books and videos. Class sizes are small and intimate. The series is held in three formats. You have your choice of a five week series, a Saturday series or a weekend crash course.
Premium Prenatal Package:
It was brought to my attention that many families have additional concerns as their due date approaches and as new parents. For that reason Birth Beginnings now offers a Premium Prenatal Package.
You will receive everything in the 'Prepared Prenatal Childbirth Education' series as well as unlimited phone and e-mail contact to address your questions and concerns during your prenatal period to six weeks postpartum.
See below for dates.
