Prepared Childbirth Series:
The Prepared Childbirth series is suited for first time parents or
those looking for a "refresher". Along with the sessions you will
have full access to a lending library of articles, books and videos. Class sizes are small and intimate.
Private classes are also available. The series in held in three formats. You have your choice of a five week series, a Saturday series or a weekend crash course. See below for dates.
Classes are held in the east end of Burlington.

Weekend Crash course For those who are too busy to commit to a five week series and find three Saturday's too challenging, this is the series for you. Learn everything you need to know about childbirth in one weekend.
